| NE Eagle Scout Scholarship | Graduating high school seniors who have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, and currently live in Nebraska or Pottawattamie, Harris or Mills County, Iowa, are eligible to apply for the NE Eagle Scout Scholarship. The scholarship is valued at a total of up to $12,000, payable at $3,000 per year for up to four years at schools offering bachelor’s degrees.
