How do I request a key for campus?
Doane utilizes ServiceNow for our requests for various support requirements.  This includes physical keys for campus.  Supervisors must approve the key request.  Utilize this link and fill out the information.  Once submitted, the form will route to the supervisor for the department/area you are requesting.  Once approved, the Public Safety Office will notifiy you when the key is ready for pick up!

How do I sign up for the campus emergency alert system (Omnilert)?  (All Campuses)
All employees and students are automatically signed up for our emergency alert system each semester.  To change your emergency contact information please contact the following:

- Students: Contact the Registrar's Office at [email protected] 

Where do I obtain a student or employee ID Card? (All Campuses)

  • Students and Employees are able to download Transact on their mobile device. Doane Mobile ID FAQ | Doane University.
  • If you prefer a physical card, please pay us a visit in the lower level of Communications and we will be able to assist you.
  • If you ever get a new phone, lose your ID card or it is not working, you can call 402.826.8669 or visit the Safety Office on the lower level of Communication.

Is there a lost and found?
The lost and found is located in the lower level of the communications building in the Public Safety Office.
