Emerging Leaders

A six week leadership workshop driven by peer to peer engagement that focuses on the Hansen Leadership values and their impact on leadership. Students are nominated by faculty, staff or their fellow peers for the program that exists in both the fall and spring semesters. 

Students who are nominated are not within the Directions Cohort and are individuals who others see great potential in. The workshop focuses on growing their skills and instilling confidence in them to pursue opportunities on campus and in the community to lead.
