From 1998 - 2013, Doane presented the Zenon C. R. Hansen Bulldog Award to a student, faculty, or staff member who demonstrated a commitment to leadership and service to the Doane Community. Beginning in 2021, the Hansen Leadership Program presents the Zenon C. R. Hansen Bulldog Award to a select number of graduating seniors in the Directions cohort who have demonstrated superior achievement in leadership.
Student Awards: Awarded by a student committee that is overseen by the Director of the Hansen Leadership Program.
