Diplomas are presented to graduates at the commencement ceremonies in May and December. Students that complete in March receive their diploma in May and those that complete in October receive their diploma in December.
August graduates, or those not attending the ceremony, can request to pick up the diploma from the Crete or Lincoln campuses. Otherwise, diplomas are mailed the week after the term ends via U.S. mail. If your diploma is damaged enroute, you can email a picture of the damaged diploma to the Registrar's Office and a replacement will be made.
Replacement or Additional Diplomas
There are two options for replacement/additional diplomas:
- Paper copy of diploma printed and mailed to you.
- The cost is $25 for diplomas mailed anywhere in the United States. $75 for international mailing.
- Complete the Diploma Re-Order Form and submit it to [email protected]
- Electronic diploma link emailed directly to you from Paradigm.
- If you graduated in December 2023 or after, your secure digital diploma via Paradigm was included with your graduation fees. If you no longer have your activation email from Paradigm, email [email protected] to request a new login.
- Graduates prior to December 2023 can request a digital diploma for a $50 fee by submitting the Diploma Re-Order Form to [email protected]

Apostille Seal
If your diploma requires a notary's signature, please indicate on the Diploma Re-Order form. Information on the Apostille process for the State of Nebraska can be found on their website.
