Cardinal Key, a national honor society, acts as a service organization to the University and community and recognizes the achievements of its members. Some of the society's projects include an annual fundraiser to purchase books for the library and fundraisers for various charitable organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Qualification for membership is determined at the end of the sophomore or junior year based on a cumulative grade point average, participation in various activities, and special honors.
