Kronos / UKG

At Doane University, Kronos (now UKG) is used to help manage employee time 
tracking, work schedules, and leave requests. Faculty, staff, and student employees 
use the system to clock in and out, monitor hours worked, and request time off. 
Supervisors and HR personnel use UKG to ensure accurate payroll processing, track 
attendance, and maintain compliance with labor regulations. By centralizing these 
functions, UKG helps Doane operate more efficiently and ensures transparency and 
accountability across departments.
