The Doane Service Center is the main IT help desk and support hub for Doane University students, faculty, and staff. Its scope includes:
First-level technical support for laptops, desktops, computer labs, printers, scanners, and other office tech.
Infrastructure management such as cabling, phone systems, and network hardware.
Hardware and software services—configuration, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, data recovery, asset tracking, and anti-virus protection.
On‑site field support for voice, data, and video systems across Doane’s campuses.
Mail services, printing and copying services, as well as dealing with office supply management for faculty and staff.
The Service Center operates during specified hours (e.g., Sunday 2 PM–11 PM; Monday–Thursday 8 AM–11 PM; Friday 8 AM–5 PM; Saturday 1 PM–5 PM) and is closed on major holidays. You can contact them via email at [email protected], phone (402‑826‑8411), or through the online help portal.
