COVID-19 Assessment Team message

Dear Doane Community,

The University is currently reviewing our plans related to any potential impacts of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) within our community. To this effort, we are utilizing current information from authorities and experts to inform our plan and soliciting information from campus partners to ensure stakeholders have provided input from their perspective. One of the objectives we identified in our initial assessment of the problem caused by COVID-19, was the development of a Doane repository of information that would allow us to provide a "one-stop" location for information and updates.

The website link below provides: Current University actions/events related to COVID-19; Links to public information sources; and user-specific information (e.g., students and employees). We anticipate that this website will evolve as new information and best practices become known and events that inform our community are planned.

IMPORTANT: As you will see reiterated within the national public information on COVID-19, the personal protective measure you take, including increased sanitary and self-isolation practices (if you have any flu-like symptoms) are vital in our community containment efforts.

We welcome your feedback related to the provided information and future planning. Please feel free to contact any of the Doane COVID - 19 Assessment Team members below.

Sincerely,
