SLRSTA

Student Leadership, Recruitment, Selection, Training, and Awards, or SLRSTA, is a process unique to Doane that streamlines the process of getting outstanding leaders involved, hired, and recognized. By doing this, both on-campus employers and future student workers are able to be connected seamlessly and have their working hours maximized. Additionally, this group confirms that all student employees involved have a starting base knowledge that helps to start all workplaces off strong in the fall semester.
