Sustaining Undergraduate Classroom and Career Excellence for STEM Students (SUCCESS)
Funded by the National Science Foundation, the NSF S-STEM Track 2 initiative (Award 2221227), Sustaining Undergraduate Classroom and Career Excellence for STEM Students (SUCCESS), at Doane University provides scholarships, research stipends, and programmatic support to recruit academically talented students with unmet financial need pursuing bachelor degrees in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, engineering, or environmental and earth sciences (natural resources and environmental sciences) for successful careers in STEM-related fields.

Program Benefits
Through the SUCCESS program, you are given the support you need to complete your program and find a career in the STEM industry or graduate school.
Financial Aid
Receive up to $7,800 in scholarships each year for four years based on unmet financial need.
Experiences
Participate in research experiences and STEMinars designed to help you develop your STEM identity and acquire skills needed for STEM careers and graduate study.
Mentorship
Work closely with faculty and staff to develop a plan for future success.

Unmet financial need is defined as "The student's Cost of Attendance, minus their Expected Family Contribution or Family Financial Responsibility (if applicable), less any need-based aid received, such as Gift Aid, Federal Work-Study or Federal Direct Subsidized Loans."
